Hi, I’m Bridie — a Registered Nurse with a big passion for health, fitness, and overall wellness.
While caring for others has always been at the heart of what I do, my love for training and staying active led me to step into the fitness world so I can inspire and support people beyond the clinic too!
In my spare time, you’ll usually find me lifting, running, and pushing my limits — especially when it comes to HYROX training, which has become my specialty. I not only coach it, I compete myself, so I know exactly what it takes to train smart, stay motivated, and prepare both mentally and physically for race day.
