Hi, I’m Sonia — and I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, bringing energy, passion, and a whole lot of love to every class I teach.
I specialise in Group Fitness, with a focus on Step, Power, and Functional Training. I thrive on the energy of the room, the beat of the music, and the incredible connection that happens when a group moves together with purpose.
What I love most is being able to connect with our local community, inspiring and motivating people to move their bodies, challenge themselves, and feel amazing — inside and out.
Whether you’re a regular or brand new to class, I’ll be there to welcome you with a smile, a great playlist, and a workout that leaves you feeling strong and accomplished.
