I am a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach and specialise in Pre and Post Natal fitness. Whether you're pregnant, a new mum, or a seasoned one, I’m here to help you rebuild strength, confidence, and energy. My approach focuses on helping you feel balanced and empowered so you can take on everything motherhood throws your way.

As a 500hr Yoga Teacher delivering teaching for over 12 years — I Teach a style of yoga that works with your body’s connective tissue (fascia) to release tension, build strength, boost flexibility, and improve mobility. It’s all about finding the perfect balance between strength and space.
